Before you come in
A few quick things.
- Do I need a gi?
- No — we're a no-gi only academy. Shorts and a t-shirt or rashguard is all you need.
- What should I wear?
- Athletic clothes with no zippers or pockets. Rashguard and shorts are ideal, but a t-shirt is fine.
- How early should I arrive?
- 15 minutes before class. We'll walk you through mat rules and get you introduced to a coach.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term contracts. Month-to-month membership after your free intro class.
